At Orange Belgium, the people, both customers and employees, come first. So how do we market Orange as an employer? Right, by showing off our people.

Because the people who work at Orange are more than talents in IT, data or sales.
To fully put them at the center of our employer branding and recruitment campaign, we first really got to know them.








Collecting data has never been so much fun

Can you lick your own nose? What is your favorite dessert? Do you like costume parties? That, and much more, we want to find out from the employees. We ask our questions via a tailor-made digital platform. Very easy, but above all very fun to fill out.

Through teaser messages in the shops and online, we encourage both salespeople and homeworkers to answer the questions. Additional questions also appear regularly for those colleagues who just can't get enough. This keeps the platform alive.










100% Orange

We transformed the results into a flashy campaign video and a series of striking images. With correct figures and our own employees in the leading role, of course, because this campaign revolves 100% around them.

We communicate the video in different versions and formats via Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. We also create awareness about Orange as an employer through Google and online bannering.
